Retail fit-out MEP Completed

Complete MEP installation for 24 retail units within a shopping centre in Al Barsha. From DB wiring through to final testing and authority handover.

Scope of work

• Electrical — distribution boards, cable trays, wiring, light fixtures
• Plumbing — potable water, greywater, drainage, sanitaryware
• Fire fighting — sprinklers, hose reels, fire alarm, PA system
• BMS — HVAC controls, energy monitoring
• Testing and commissioning — all systems
• Authority connections and final inspection

Achievement

All 24 units energised and handed over within the 8-month programme. Zero defects at DEWA final inspection. The MEP installation achieved a 15% energy saving compared to the original design estimate through efficient equipment selection.
