Construction of 3 labour accommodation blocks (G+1) comprising 72 rooms for National Contracting Co. in Ajman.

Scope of work

• Blockwork construction — 230 mm external, 115 mm internal
• Plaster and waterproofing
• MEP first and second fix per block
• Tile flooring and painting
• External works — paving, drainage, fencing
• Common facilities — kitchen, laundry, ablution

Result

All 72 rooms delivered habitable and passed municipality inspection. Accommodation houses up to 288 workers. Project completed within budget and 2 weeks ahead of schedule.
