Mezzanine floor installation Completed

Design, supply and installation of a 1,200 m² steel mezzanine floor with staircase access and safety handrails for a logistics warehouse in Jebel Ali Free Zone.

Scope of work

• Structural design and approval by third-party engineer
• Fabrication of steel columns, beams and joists
• Deck installation with concrete topping
• Steel staircase with anti-slip treads
• Handrail and kick-plate installation
• Fire-rated protection to existing sprinkler system

Outcome

Mezzanine doubled the usable storage area from 1,200 m² to 2,400 m². Installation completed during active warehouse operations with zero disruption to the client's daily logistics activity.
